Holiday Sneak Peek

I've been having so much fun making ornaments and holiday decor to put in my Etsy shop and the Fussy Duck store. Here is a little sampling of what you'll see:

What is this?

Does anyone know what this is? I collect all kinds of wire things, but this one has me stumped... any thoughts would be appreciated! It's approx. 6 x 6 in.

A Few Pics of My Home

While taking pics of items to put in my Etsy shop today, I decided to also take some pics of favorite things around my house. Enjoy!

Berries

I have two strawberry plants that are still going strong. About every other day I'm able to pick a few handfuls for my cereal. They are small but so sweet! 

Today I went for a hike at a nearby park with my mom and dad and we came home with tons of blackberries. I made muffins, washed a huge bowlful to snack on, and froze the rest. I think I'll make one more trip back before summer is over. 

A Bigger Space!

I have been wanting to rent a bigger space at The Fussy Duck (887 Commercial Street, Salem, Oregon) for awhile and I finally did it! It's still not as big as Birdsong Cottage but I love my new space. I can now put small pieces of furniture and of course more vintage goodies in there! Here are a few pics:

Fussy Duck Birthday Sale

Come see me at The Fussy Duck this Saturday, August 13th, from 10-6. We are celebrating the 1 year anniversary of the store opening.  I'll have a booth set up in the parking lot full of vintage finds, handmade items, and of course tons of bargains!
